Atrav\u00e9s da hist\u00f3ria da Paideia, fundada em 1988 por Aglaia Pusch e Amauri Falseti, o filme mostra como a cultura e a arte se tornaram essenciais na vida de centenas de jovens que tiveram a oportunidade de participar da encena\u00e7\u00e3o de pe\u00e7as, sempre buscando novas formas de linguagem art\u00edstica e conte\u00fados da linguagem teatral.
