Cia Paideia de Teatro

The Cia. Paideia de Teatro main objective is to develop quality theater for children and youth, in a constant search for the transformation of their reality.

Furthermore, it promotes access to culture for youth and children of all social classes through its free courses and its partnerships with several NGOs and public schools, especially in the Southern São Paulo. Such efforts are focused in the comprehension and experience of art, practiced at Paideia as a viable path for understanding and changing the world.

Another important aspect to the company is to build and deepen the exchange of ideas and actions with other national and international theater groups. This exchange is focused on processes of creation with potential for effective transformation.

The company is constantly at work connecting Education and Art. Both are central for transformation and the building of citizenship, fostering the formation of full citizens. Formation of people conscious of their role as transformative individuals. capable of changing their reality.
